Am over 100 days into this and can’t seem to acquire the spices. Spent a lot of time wandering streets etc. Do you get these while expending 35% energy looking for food, or while trying various store fronts?

For whatever reason the game doesn't have her leave her room. After the day has passed, you need to enter the library, walk all the way up to the fireplace, turn left and you should see her.

I was searching through this forum for help on Lucia, I gave her head to eat but wondering how to trigger the flashlight event and naughty touch. Is there a specific time of day I need to wait while she's sleeping?
After about a week after giving her the head, she starts to feel bad and will start sleeping more. So you go over to her apartment after that and there's a good chance she'll be sleeping. Then you can do stuff to her.

Well, I didn't make any choice whatsoever: Sis totally disappeared and I only meet Kayla in the morning.
