To make Galiano top you have to be a sub bottom and agree to be his whore during your first meeting with him. You can't start his top route later on if you didn't agree yet.

To top Galiano you have to be dom top, refuse to be his whore when you first met him, have at least 11 respect points in Akra, have the degradation kink active, finish the "battle for power" mission.

From memory, Akra's on three levels and he'll be in the top one, so you'll have to do a whole lot on the second one to get up there, and the latest update notes say it includes a way to get to the second level.

I haven't found that way yet, so can't help you with that one.

I haven't sorted out the whole great birthing thing, either.
Best I've been able to find it the people waiting for it to happen.

New Character from Weaver Tier Winner: Asmodeo. A week must have passed since you killed Arihama to have the first encounter with Asmodeo. There is a 50% chance that he will appear when you go to your room if the ship is in space. To continue, visit Rylan's room when he is there (if Rylan is not part of your crew skip this step). Then go down to the B floor and finally go to the bridge. Asmodeo will join your crew automatically. To kick him out travel to Akra or Sithyrya and talk to him. He will be available in the dormitories with the following conversations:
o How did you get here?
o Explain to him what you are. Appears after “How did you get here”
o Gehenna
o Questions
o Slaves
o Work. For this option to appear we must have opened the Galactic Union missions, located in the bridge.
o Payday. Appears after “Work”
o Shopping. To make it appear: after giving him his first pay in "Payday" go to Akra and wait one day.
o Respect. It appears at the same time as Shopping, but you do not need to return to Akra.
o Toys. Asmodeo will want to test with you the toys he has bought. This option only appears if we accept to be his slave in the "Slaves" conversation and after finishing the "Toys" conversation. We need the "bondage" kink enabled.
o Ask to be released from chastity. If chastity is activated and we are not wearing any chastity device, he will put it on us during the "Toys" conversation. We can ask him to remove it, but it will reduce our friendship.

A cheat menu and a gallery are available in a version of the game released to higher Patreon tiers.

Imo, the gallery isn't very worth it, there are still very few CGs in the game right now and they are all part of scenes that are repeatable, while the sprite gallery only shows off some of the sprites. However, the cheat menu is pretty useful, you can give yourself more combat points with it, adjust relationship points with other characters, adjust respect in each location, and add materials to your inventory. It probably isn't very necessary for a regular playthrough, I feel like most battle encounters are rather simple to get through (outside of the Warlord, of course). But it would still be nice if it was included in the regular version of the game, like with Lustful Desires.
