First thing I'm noticing is that the text in the game needs a proof reader.

I'm seeing "I" written as "i" and things like "im" instead of "I'm", etc. I'm not knocking the quality of the story, that seems fine. So far just the quality of how it's written, like punctuation, capitalization, etc. It detracts from the quality of the rest of the game for me.

EDIT: As I play through further, it's apparent that the script writer is not a native English speaker. I might go through and clean it up as it's pretty bad. Aside from that, I just wanted to complain about the hijabi. As an American we don't really see hijabi here, and when we do most of us with our heads screwed on straight really don't like seeing it. It's an exceptionally rare and unwelcome sight here. So it really stands out in a game like this as being very out of place for a western audience. It's like something you'd only write if you lived around a bunch of Muslims and had come to see this kind of head covering as normal.

I'm going to keep playing the game, and if the rest of the game is actually pretty good, I'll probably clean up the script and upload it here for others. If I don't like the game I won't waste my time.

OK, a few things. I did a quick edit of the script to clean it up a little. Some parts I really wasn't sure what they were trying to say, but I did my best to try to follow the story. Just unzip the script.rpy file and place it in the game/ folder. Overwrite the existing script.rpy file.

Also, there are a couple render errors I noticed.

1) The MC's shoulders as a child at the very beginning. The skin is sticking through the shirt.
2) Cacau in the office when she's sitting on the couch, there are strings that hang down her leg from the outfit. Fine when she's standing, but when she's sitting down it looks like they're sticking straight sideways instead of falling onto the couch.
3) When Nisse is lying on the bed facing you, her body is partially lifted up off the bed. Like she's hovering. There wouldn't be a gap like that under her armpit and waist. It looks better when she turns and her back is to you.

Also, is the title really supposed to be "Lust of Pain"? It doesn't really make sense in English. It would be something like "Lust and Pain" or "Lust for Pain" or "Lust and Pain", depending on what exactly you meant.

Other than my personal tastes in women, the story seems good so far, most of the women are quite attractive, etc... I look forward to more.

For all you peeps that like to harp on about the grammar and what ever... if you have actually traveled and experienced other languages and cultures (outside of whatever you see on your mobile devices), then you might actually learn that a lot of non-English languages do not use as many pronouns as we do. And some actually have no gender pronouns at all. My ex-wife speaks 5 languages and she's been pretty fluent in English for 30+ years and yet she still mixes up gender pronouns when it comes to our son. I see the same with a lot of other languages as well.

As someone who used to spend days downloading Japanese H-games, then more days getting the damn things to work on a computer with a non-Japanese locale - only to play without understanding a fucking thing they were saying .... well, let's just say it's a treat to see so many porn games being made in English now - even the poorly translated ones are welcome.

Short version:
Renders are nice, but sadly that's about it.

Longer version:

The writing is a bit on the clunky side. The conversations feel artificial. A bit like they talk following a check list. Also some sentences make little sense (to me).

To the storytelling:
The MC goes from scene to scene, some of them don't feel fitting when they "happen". It feels more like a walk through a theme park. Go to location A meet girl B, go to location C meet girl D, and so on. The locations are just there to meet girls, and it is "hidden" very poorly.

Then we meet girls the MC knows, but we don't and that always feels... off. Like "and who are you now?".

Sorry to say it, but there are way better VNs here. This - for me - is just medicore over all aspects, other than the renders.

Renders I would give 4/5, because some of them are a bit on the seldom used side. Not all of them I would call pretty though.

Rest is mostly 2/5.

Oh yeah, no idea if there is lewd stuff in it. I just played until we meet Nicole and I didn't really force it on any girl.

Maybe I check it out again after some updates, but I am not sure yet.
