Just found it. Go into the bathroom and look above the toilet at the wall, there is silver rectangle with a small button on it. (Presumably to flush the toilet.) Just press it and it will start the event.

Text is wrong, game is still EP6, but there is a bug if you start a new game, wait for the fix and download again.
