If its just opening a url, there's likely limited access to the system unless there's a specific exploit. Though they can track your ip and retarget later.In the game's script, it's just a line with OpenUrl and then the url of their website. You mean that one? Is there a way that dev's can make sure no ad network can abuse it like that?
Problem is, as others have stated, this ends up being a slippery slope with more system access down the line. If there's money in it, why would the dev stop with just a url. Porn gamers are perfect targets for ransomware.
