You don't lost it, game created new save folder. All you need to do is go to renpy folder where all save files are located, find old folder LustTheoryS3-1699700510 and copy all files from there to the newest lust theory folder

Okay, Sophie ending.
I think this got a complete rewrite, because the renders that were in the game files for Sophie's ending in 1.0.0 are completely different to the renders for the ending in the actual 1.0.2 release.
Basically, MC and Sophie enter into a dom/sub relationship type thing. I'm sad there's no actual revelations of love between MC and Sophie, which is possibly what the ending was originally going to be based on the 1.0.0 renders. It's also the shortest of all the endings. How could this have been screwed up so much? I'm curious to see what the original plan for Sophie's ending was based on the 1.0.0 renders for Sophie in the game files of 1.0.0.
But yeah, I think it's clear that once Embercat was fired, some characters got more love than others. Sophie had been highly used throughout S3, really building a great role for her, only for her to get the shortest ending of them all. All nine of the girls are main LIs, they should've all gotten equal treatment, instead of Amy and the family characters getting the most love.

Yeah I know I can get it for free here, but I prefer to play it through steam because of the achievements.Ehm, you know where you are, right?
Your remark sounds like going to a library where the latest best seller is readable for free just to say that its price at the bookstore is insane and you'll have to wait for them to publish the paperback edition...
Also if we can complain here about devs milking their patrons, imo we should also do the same if they're asking too much for their game on any platform

There's a lot of hatred around here for S2's finale, and I understand that there are some people that play AVN more for the plot than the lewd scenes, and for them the finale is just fucking stupid. Then again, there are other that couldn't care less about story cohesion, so for them that finale was awesome.
Welp, all of this to say that S3's ending is so bad that I find almost impossible not to prefer S2's mindless clusterfuck to this wishy washy rushed wrap ups. I mean, what the actual fuck, Embertone was doing a fantastic job at salvaging a plot that was almost irreparably screwed up, and then bam - 10 (or more, didn't count all) endings that are all like "You know what, I pick you, let's tie these 2 loose ends in two scenes and live chastely ever after". That's pretty much fucking it. Lewd scenes close to 0 and very poor as well, 0 story development, 0 everything or almost.
Congrats Inceton, way to throw your flagship AVN to the garbage in one fell swoop.
So, I'm not sure if you know that Embercat was fired before this final update, but he was. So, it's entirely possible that these story ideas were his, and they were put together by another person, which has ended up with the rushed endings we have here. Never mind the fact that I am pretty much 99% certain that Sophie's ending got completely rewritten, and it's entirely possible that none of these endings come from Embercat's original ideas.
At this point I don't know what I dislike more, the clusterfuck of a fuckfest ending that is way too fucking long from S2, but has some goodbye stories that are genuinely well written, or the fantastic writing from S3 that ended with endings that were (mostly) good ideas, but terribly executed, half of these endings don't even have 100 renders.
Currently only the introduction is Voice Acted. So, everything up to the point where the sandbox starts.
It is expected to be completed at some point in the future.
