This game concept is most shitty way ever in these porn games. Simply , find more interesting better and playable solution or way to build up level , to reach another scenes , or trigger new animation in games.
Porn games should be fun and joy to play, not boring to death.
I just try the game and quit after 2nd day.

Graphic is great. Story very nice (I have seen better but it's ok) , but it is unplayable due to mentioned shit above.

So I played this game for about... 6-7 hours last night, looking at every single detail I could, and a lot of stuff is somewhat hard to lineup; also you can only increase MC's lust one at a time, and you can see all scenes for each lust level within 3-4 increases, so you should increase his lust to the next increment of 10 whenever you see them all. Anyway, the main reason I wanted to post is to show the command for setting the time, which is:

some_date = datetime(YYYY, M, D, H, M)

So March 3rd, 2019, 7 PM would be some_date = datetime(2019, 3, 3, 19, 00). Doing this makes it easy to hit all the events without have to cycle a bunch of days and hope you don't get screwed on the half-hour events. Also, there are clothed voyeur events with a girl in the park that are easy to miss. The first 3 happen between noon and 12:30 any weekday, and the 4th happens in the 11 AM hour any weekday. The game is good for what it does, of course the crappy English is annoying but it's fun so far IMO as long as you use the console to avoid the grind and the time constraints.

EDIT: The variable to trigger her events is undeclared, so before attempting to trigger these scenes, type m3_progress = 0 in the console.

The game looks promising, scenes look nice and girls are appealing, but had some serious critical bugs and overall cretinism of game progress makes reaching somewhere an unresolved quest. My brain is shutting down already after 1 hours of random progression - nothing except suddenly appeared beach event happened, and after some more time I've got that nothing interesting will happen further without any decent hints.
I do not feel like wasting hours of real time on resolving all those mysterious gameplay features (not bad by themselves, but poorly implemented) and catching accidental bugs, wondering if there may be an interesting event or scene hidden under any of those.
So sorry, but I'll wait for this game to actually make some sense (and joy).

What bugs did you run into? The only bug I ran into was for the park events; thanks for making me think of that, BTW, I forgot about it when making my last post and edited it to reflect that. There are lots of design flaws, and it has terrible game flow--which are not the same as bugs. Everything in the game besides those park scenes should be able to trigger as far as I recall from the scripts. I made a bunch of changes to my game but nothing that qualified as fixing a game-breaking bug.

So, in summary.
I cannot raise my lust any further, my landlady's lust/horny do not raise either, all actions are locked due to lack of stats I cannot raise due to unknown reason, no interaction with other chars except some random scenes, there is no way to figure out of how to trigger anything as there is no hints in UI, no hints in dialogues, time spending is very annoying as I have no prior idea of how much time any action consumes and thus I'm missing (maybe even more than I'm aware of) those actions/event that are supposed to push the progress further, some strange "glitches" occur here and there, gameflow has no sense as I cannot get if the sequence of events is supposed to be so or it's just bugged...
It just looks like all the events have happened in the first 2-3 days of play and there in nothing ahead or it's locked too heavily under the gameplay... features.

I believe I described it to you in sufficient quantity of words for you to feel my frustration from the game experience. I'd really like to play and enjoy it (I believe there are much more scenes somewhere ahead), but eh, no idea of how to reach there with all those randomly occuring... things. I could play further and MAYBE something would change after all for the better, but what if it would not, yes?

Sorry you're right the college event was bugged, I forgot that. The variable to advance past it was properly declared but the way it was implement causes it not to increment properly unless you are able to click out of it somehow... Also, you have to jerk off to get the "watch porn" option back as there's an erection array that's triggered by watching porn and a few other events that don't increase lust for some reason despite activating the erection array. Also, once you reach a certain intelligence threshold (I think 7) you have are switched to a separate PC interface that has no access to the "Watch Porn" option, which I found inconvenient so I modified it, but on that interface you have to "look for work" 5 times until you unlock the Mai Dates event, which is not full implemented, and then once you use it you lose access to the previous job despite the new one not being implemented.

You can cause the "landlady's" lust stat to grow by telling lewd jokes once you get your own lust stat to 10, and that decreases her relationship, which you then offset by buying flowers or visiting her at night and in the early morning until you get her lust threshold high enough to where she doesn't mind you doing lewd things. But your ability to increase her lust stat is limited by your own lust stat, so you have to strike a careful balance doing the two. Personally, I just incremented the MC's lust stat to the next increment of 10 once I'd seen all the events available for each particular tier of lust, but that's not clear in game, as it's horribly designed and I had to parse all the scripts before decided how I would approach the gameplay loop. I wouldn't recommend increases the "landlady's" lust stat manually as hers is much easier to increase than the MC's and you risk missing events if you do.

Also the random events are triggered based on time/date thresholds, they're just bonuses for patrons most of whom would have played enough for those events to trigger at a later point in the game than a new player, but they trigger at the first available opportunity regardless of how long you've played. Also, the continuation of the driver's license event is triggered by having sex with a prostitute twice who is at the end of the street behind the flower lady once your lust has reached I think 20, so if you're having trouble raising lust, you're not going to reach that event until you increase it.

So there is indeed at least 1 other bug, but most of the issues are just terrible implementation. I'm so used to modifying badly designed games so I honestly forgot how much I had just changed. Also some of the events you think are stuck are actually just not fully implemented, but the dev has not placed indicators that you've reached the end for all of those events, I think only for the college. Whether to call those bugs or poor implementation could be considered semantic, but as this is an alpha I'd go with the latter.
