Lustful, gdrive usually works so its weird that it seems it wont for this game specifically.

Try that. Download the full game, then unzip the patch into the folder where you have the main game files.
Alternatively you can download the Demon Patcher, tell it where your main game files are for 0.7.6.4 and it will update for you.

We’ve made a major improvement to the Demon Patcher to make your updating experience even smoother. From now on, when you update Lustful Apocalypse, the patcher will automatically download and apply all intermediate updates between your current version and the latest version.
For example, if you’re running version 0.7.6.4, and the latest version is 0.7.6.9, the patcher will download and update your game through all versions in between (0.7.6.5, 0.7.6.6, 0.7.6.7, 0.7.6.8), so the next time you update, you’ll have minimal patches to download.
What does this mean for you?
- Fewer large updates: Instead of having to download everything in a single big patch, the patcher ensures you get updates in smaller, manageable chunks.
- Future-proofed: Once you've updated to the latest version, future updates will be faster and require less downloading.

You will need to manually download 0.7.6.4 first, put it in a dir of your choice, then select that dir with the Patcher and you can update to the latest version.
