Hey everyone,


We wanted to share a quick update with you all. Recently, we’ve had a couple of game developers step away from the project. While this was unexpected, we respect their decisions and are grateful for the contributions they’ve made to Lustful Apocalypse.


That said, the core team is still here and fully committed. We're continuing to work hard behind the scenes to bring you new updates, content, and improvements. Progress may be a little slower than usual, but rest assured, Lustful Apocalypse is still very much alive, and we’re excited for what’s coming next.

We're nearly finished with Version 0.7.8.7, and we've ironed out all the kinks in our latest systems! The new animations and other improvements are now fully refined, bringing smoother gameplay and an even more immersive experience.

Survivors, it’s time to dive into a massive overhaul of Lustful Apocalypse! This isn’t just another update—it’s the new foundation for the game moving forward. We’ve reworked, optimized, and fine-tuned nearly every aspect to make your post-apocalyptic adventures smoother, hotter, and more immersive than ever.

What’s New?
Wyn’s interactions with enemy NPCs have been completely reworked—expect deeper, more dynamic encounters.
Revamped animations for Wyn’s steamy encounters with the Smasher, Wolf, Hugger, and Bug—better motion, better fluidity, and better... well, you know.
Outfits now deform properly—no more weird stretching or clipping!
Reimported Wolf, Ogre, and Bug assets for sharper models and smoother performance.
Overall file size reduced—we cleaned up redundant data to make the game leaner and meaner.
Core gameplay optimized—expect better performance, fewer crashes, and improved responsiveness.
Major bug fixes across the board—less jank, more fun.
A new Bug type has entered the test scene—beware, they’ve got some surprises!
Factions, Breeding, and War scenes have been rebuilt for better pacing and polish.
Birth in breeding is temporarily disabled—expect a major rework soon.
Finally fixed texture issues in all animations—Wyn and the world around her are looking better than ever!

This is just the beginning—this version sets the stage for even bigger content updates ahead! Thanks for all your support, and as always, let us know what you think.

Is it supposed to look like this? Semi-transparent and showing my desktop background and other windows through?



Also, is it expected that 99% of the game assets are in the .godot directory instead of a .pck file? I think packing those assets would help reduce the 7.6 Gb this game takes to a more reasonable size.

Great! In which case you probably want to:
- take a look at adding a

cd "$base_path"

in Lustful.sh so the binary can find its assets properly,
- check gamescope compatibility, as I tried to run it in gamescope to address the compositing issue, and it didn't work past the splash screen (this is commonly used to run games at higher res on Linux, and you will need if you ever want to be steamdeck compatible).

I legit never worked out how to attack, or teleport(?). Walked through walls a few times, and got stuck to my knees in the floor.

Also, the wolfmen kept trying to 'breed' me, but apparently nobody taught them that shoving your dick in someone's mouth doesn't get them pregnant. I'm not sure the game knows that either, though.

This version does not work for me. There is a problem with the video card. The current version is unplayable. It is also outrageous to put nude version behind a paywall. It is a pity because this game was promising. Now, I delete it

Thank you for your feedback. If the current version is unplayable how do you know it's behind a paywall? Or do you mean our Patreon? If Patreon, this is mearly an unlock code for the gallery, all sex and nudity is available in the free version.

I believe it’s a similar issue to mine, using mouse to move has normal animations, but using WASD makes her slide around without animations

Ahhhh now I see. It's possible we forgot to include this in our notes, but WSAD movement is not completed yet, it's only Mouse.

Hey, I tried out your game, unfortunately it's still a bit too raw for me, but I always have a lot of admiration for those trying new/different things so good luck dev, rooting for you.

Having said that, the controls were a bit of a mess if I am being honest. Not being able to move the camera or zoom in and out outside a weird zoom on the player character, who then becomes unfocused for some reason, was frustrating.

You should also have the monsters maybe not spawn in directly near where you spawn for the first time.
After the tutorial, I spoke to the bald lady NPC and while talking to her a werewolf attacks me mid convo and kills me (well not really kills me but the PC got stuck in an animation), this is before I really have any grasp on what's going on aside from a slideshow tutorial. I tried staring again to read what the NPC had to say since I had to skip it but for some reason they never repeated the dialogue again.

Major Changes & Improvements:

• Let there be light! All scenes now feature an upgraded lighting setup—get ready to bask in the post-apocalyptic glow.
• WSAD Movement temporarily removed – We're reworking how you get around. Don’t panic—movement's evolving!
• ⚙ Core Engine upgraded to Godot 4.4.1! Expect smoother gameplay, fewer bugs, and juicier scenes.
• New Cinematic Intro Camera on the Main Map! Who doesn’t love a dramatic entrance?

Character & Gallery Updates:

• Animations FIXED for Wyn x Enemy encounters—things are moving just how they should now.
• ️ Gallery Code updated for a smoother, spicier viewing experience.
• Wyn’s Children reset to 0 – She’s starting fresh. Let the legacy begin anew!
• Children now increase properly on birth (still WIP, but hey, it’s progress!).

️ Bug Fixes & Polishes:

• SFX Console Issues squashed! No more missing sounds during the action.
• Fixed a Pregnancy Belly visual bug—it's still a WIP, but it’s looking more… expectant.
• ️ Added Controls info to the Consent Screen—no more guessing!
• Removed Patreon Login – That system’s gone the way of the old world. New ways to support coming soon!
• Shop Dialog removed from 'The Dark One' – He’s gone mysteriously silent. Hmmm...
• ⚔ Test Area beefed up with more enemies. Come test your mettle (and more)!
