Overview:
This VN follows the story of a teenage boy. Chiefstales you better change that description on Patreon about the step-sister being a Love Interest if you don't want them to close your account, they don't accept step-shit either.

EDIT: v.0.01, well First, the incest tag must be removed, there is no patch, nor can the player choose the relationships at the beginning, Emma is now the daughter of a friend of the Mc mother, so the tag is wrong now.

I just thought Patreon doesn't like Parent/offspring incest. That brother/sister (or stepbro/sis) was generally OK with them.

But that was something I read a long time ago.
