Nothing particularly interesting about this set up/beginning of the story. But I like the hand drawn art. Bit concerned as some of the character CGs do not look consistent with the hand drawn art.
I already know people will complain that the blond girl is "already taken" by Brad, but I think its fine as a goal to achieve, I.E. taking her away from Brad in an act of humiliation on him. Having a goal is a lot more compelling to me than just casually getting a harem.

Everyone saying that MC is a looser cuck based on MCs relationship with sarah i was never going for that kind of approach in the first place sarah is no one to MC so how is Brad fucking her ntr? If something implys ntr is what I was going for idk what to say still that won't be the theme through all of future updates just putting it out there.

I typically refrain from commenting, but it seems to me that you have good intentions; they're just a bit misguided. The scene where the Love Interest (LI) is involved in any sexual encounter with someone other than the Main Character (MC) is technically Netorare (NTR). It doesn't matter whether the MC has interest in her or if there's any form of attraction or relationship with her. If she's an LI, any involvement with her is NTR. Personally, I don't always agree with this view, and I find it frustrating how some members of this site seem to label everything as NTR. But, that's just how it is. I suggest adding the Netorare tag, it will likely simplify things for you.

Don't worry about bad comments, people here tends to act like fucking cunts to devs to the point of sending dead threats, even when it's not about NTR stuff so do as you please and you'll find a nice fanbase just like other devs around. Add some warnings about the game's content and all will be fine.

Please do not do that. If you put the NTR tag there, the NTR fans will be expecting NTR contents when they click on your game. It will be a miscategorization in doing so and even a bit disingenuous. The scenario you have in your game is straight up netori since Brad will be the one being cucked by the MC if Sarah is a love interest.
When you put the [netorare] tag there, you are saying that there is NTR contents. If you do not plan to add anything in regards to NTR as you have commented, you better put a huge warning label to the NTR fans because they will come asking.
A word of advice: there are just some people that just can't handle any aspects of real life showing up in a game. For example, you may be dating a person who already have sex with another person. They will come screaming at you about NTR, but you need to make sure that before you start pleasing one crowd over another, and before you slap on any tag, contemplate on whether it belongs or not based on the contents in your game, not because somebody defined NTR as "all the women can only belong to the MC."
I have played a lot of VNs and good VNs make the characters feel real with their own lives and personalities. Don't just create lifeless, stock characters thrown in to please the MC. Don't just create a porn simulation because yours will then also join the multitudes out there and just drowned with them. Try and make your game stand out.

You're right, so that's what i was thinking noe like giving characters more depth so they would feel more real Characters matter; their motives matter. I want to make this more than just a bland fucking game. I can totally relate to what you're saying, as I never expected people to react this way. But what am I supposed to do? Should I remove both the harem and ntr tags? or stop posting here altogether?

Yeah, man, that's not NTR. Of course, some people aren't going to like it regardless. Maybe consider making it more obvious that skipping class leads to a voyeur (voyeurism should be tagged) scene with a future love interest?
To be fair, she and the scenario are still "stock" and she still has the boyfriend regardless of the existence of the scene. Giving characters depth/agency that doesn't relate to sex would be nice.
