Oh Im not saying that he should change it, its already to late for that, thankfully StanG is the one that actualy editing ZoroJ sprites and preserving original his original style, examples are Maskless Tank, Orc wrestling sprites, nude Korg, Everett new emotes and etc., instead of complitely making new one that might have big difference from original.
The complete overhaul of old stuff are helps for a new artist to have less comparison with old ones since new coming pople will see only new stuff and wouldnt know about old one and wouldnt be camparing and overtime it would die down.
Something that heppened for ExAc where people initialy were complaining about Ger being new artist but overtime moved on, and it was the best choice for VN since it become alot better and production quality rose up since artist were incredibly invested in the game. So I hope that not sprite replacement but game itself will get alot more quality content and visuals to acompany it since the team would be more invested in the project and not just Hyao and Virile. But from the last few update I already see rise in the quality, like Virile content with Maul and Barrel, like Brimscorch Black Wolf content, upcoming Croc village with new NPC that actualy look realy good since Naram actualy drew them in his own style instead of trying to mimic ZoroJ style like it was with Furry island part, so it deffinitely coming together for better
You can not stop people from comparing, nor stop them dis-engage because of it.
But when I said "It doesn't matter", it means "It doesn't matter": no need to worry about them, no need to make any decision based on them, they are not your concern anymore.

Quantity does Not Equal Quality.
You can't simply say "Oh they are producing contents quicker so it's better", "Oh there are more artist drawing so it's better." That's not why LD is getting better. What LD achieved at this stage is not as simple as that.
They live and learn and making good choices along the way, from multiple-front. Like working as a team that everyone is committed, like letting Narram draw what he's good at, like letting StanG inspire the team in his own way, like only using people who respect the source / the origin, like not doing commission based arts, like using different writer but not just "Guest writer who only want to self-insert", etc.
To be fair, there are still quite some fumbles, but it seems they are learning from it.

It's not because "it's too late" that they shouldn't change the arts. It's never too late to make correction, IF there's correction needed. ZoroJ's arts are not "mistakes" that needs "Correction".

Not sure what's the production value of old ExAc under CM, But Pretty sure they didn't willingly change the artist because "it's for the better". That's a different situation from LD.

Im not saying that its become better cuz of the amount of new stuff, Im saying that the amount increases due to better work flow and people finaly got to be on their spot where they are alot more comfortable are, Virile working on Maul and Barrel stuff, Hyao working on stuff that his mood leads to, Narram working on enemy sprites and furry based character in his personal style so he wouldn't have to suffer again to be compared to previous artist, and Stan working on CGs, editing old sprites and making new human based sprites, which leads to alot better productivity and quality of the stuff since everyone works on the stuff they are more comfortable in, sad that it took so long, but its deffinitely getting on the high up trigectory with a promise of it getting steady in terms of production, which Im realy happy for them

What I hope is that Hyao would reconsider and change his mind about YCH silhouettes in CGs, so we can get more CGs like these to be added to the game, maybe even getting something for a Logan sex scene in the forrest

Sorry but what he is in wrong here? From what I understan ZoroJ left on his own accord and decided not explain reasoning behind it, so either originaly he was invested in the game in the begining so he was thrilled to have his character to be in the game and overtime either understood that he cant handle the pressure of being artist for the game since he cant draw what he specificaly prefer or simply lost interest, there is nothing wrong to have someone character to be part in the game as long as they agree that the only thing they provide is the visual but the lore of that character and personality can be different
He was 100% in the wrong, he didn't inform patrons ZoroJ was no longer going to be part of the project, didn't give a clear reason or if he was going to be back at some point he baited people because he knew that loads of fans would of dropped it if they found out

As far as I know originaly both side said that it was temporary hiatus, but it turned out to be everlasting one, so I wouldnt put full blame on dev if artist said he need a break and never comes back being silent on that matter, even till this day, cuz if it was a bait it could have been easily disproved by artist himself but he also keeping everyone else in the silence, so this is only your assumption based on your own negative feeling toward one side, where I can say same about the other side, who left project due to not being able to handle it, and leave it to deal for themself in the dark without knowing if he will comeback or not, so we will never know the truth about what was the reason and who was in the wrong here, since both side keeping their silence about that matter
And as far as I remember he did inform about ZoroJ taking a break, so if ZoroJ said that he will comeback but never did whos fault is that huh?
