There's no pregnancy in this game. Even if it will have in the future (Highly Unlikely), it will be Male Pregnancy.
This does not appear to be a kink for the dev.

During the last update if you choose him as a witness and lost to the bear he will ask for a smooch for doing the trial for you ! , and there is a different dialogue when he speak to you he’s most likely very straight

This is a very different situation from scrap / blake. If Hyao open up FMC only sex for Groth, it'll be a whole different can of worm.
Very Similar to Virgin Logan situation: So the game force you to go thru the whole slog Again, just for a single fuckable NPC? Now Hyao needs to add more FMC exclusive contents to justify it. (Same as they need to add way more Virgin Logan contents in to justify that route).
Any form of Cheat (Potion) does not count.

If Groth ends up to be a straight NPC that has side contents with other NPC (Namely rose) but no sexual contents with MC / Or he's bi (Tho he never forward towards male, just some very light tease), it'll be a very different story. Then again he never confirmed to be "only interested in female".

Or, like I said before, If Hyao really wants to commit without messing up the whole frame, just makes a fan-disk.
