Well there is some console command that can modify relationship but not with items and activating certain variable. But still it's not really advisable to use the console in this game, if you really want to play more easier

I think "explore the forest" means you need to find the lost pendant. To find it, you need to check the nearby area and discover a series of events where a woman is fooling around with some wolves, and after you've seen all of them, you'll find it. If you're not into bestiality, I think you can choose the 2nd options to progress the scenes without having to see them.
