You can't afaik. I think certain followers are tied to certain maps so far.

As for Tess, she was removed (she was available a few updates ago) and LAGS said she will be back in a future update. It was cool bc she followed you around and you could give her one item to carry, and also you had the option to fuck her in any room (except the truck) which made the hunt begin early. The downside was that she took the closest hiding spot to you, but not a big deal tbh.

You can get all of them, iirc. But it's random, so it takes a lot of money, but mostly time, bc you have to go to Luna back and forth to buy and eat everything. As people (and myself) have said before, it's way easier to just find the save file (it's a JSON) and just change the "money" value.

There's a guide to the puzzle is here, once you get Gloria you can fuck her in the truck and she'll upgrade your thermometer. Just hit use during a contract and the ghost's position will appear in the room if you're in the ghost room.
