This is a game with pretty good content that has absolutely ass pacing. You'll get basically no content (aside from massaging 1 girl) until you get 10ish days into it, and then you should be able to consistently fuck her, and anyone else you con into entering your shop.
I like the art, but given the content is basically all or nothing, you're better off just getting a completed save rather than grinding out the first couple weeks till your stats are high enough to succeed.

It is a Title that connects all the games now. Before unless you played the games you won't know his games are connected. Now they will have the Yakuza Burai as part of their name to show they are part of the same series. It is just a Title change not a new game.
