Is there some kind of patch I need to install to see nudity like with stuff from Kagura Games? Or is the nudity there from the start, patch free?

No patch needed. Nudity is already unlocked.
Puking does not decrease the heroine's relationship points.

Oh good. I was worried that I might have to deal with "face saving" mechanics if such a thing exists. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this game has Oyakodon (Mother and Daughter) themes. If you happen to know any, is there any other Oyakodon h-games you'd recommend? I know about this one, Snow Daze and that one Oppai Academy game (
