I think its a different exe it doesnt even ask if you have a code or not

I checked and the H scene is in the game files so it's probably a flag inside the code if it doesn't ask for any keyword, I assume it could be enabled with the right tool.

The scene itself is in the public version, but the animation for it are missing, as far as I can tell.

Even with the animations missing the scene can be toggled, although you will only see the scene text and images.

Steps:
- Go to "game/src/check_patreon_ver.rpy" and change the whole line where it says return renpy.loadable("pl", "anims/patreon") to return True
- Create this folder "/game/anims/patreon/quest1/" and put inside 12 .webm files, they can be anything but their names must be like the following from 1 to 12: quest1_annie_momo_threesome1.webm to quest1_annie_momo_threesome12.webm
- Open the game and load a save before Momo gives the choice to play the Patron scene.
- Profit!

The scene will appear in the gallery too:


Maybe there is a way to just unlock the scene in the gallery without needing to play it inside the game but I didn't search enough.

URM lets you also unlock the scene, its easier and you can use it on every renpy game

This update is very well made, 4 new scenes, honey and annie scenes were the best. I still remember when this game released, animations were laggy and there was no story, only 3 girls, glad to see how it developed

anyone got a save after farming out the 45 logs and stone? im not doing all that. easy pass if i cant skip that. thats an absurd amount of farming
