It's still too early to judge the plot, but I personally don't really like the story of this chapter.

She is married. Yes, this is a marriage of convenience, but judging by her conversation with her husband, they are happy. Most likely, they have an open relationship.
You do not win the girl - the husband "borrows" her to you for a while and after sex, obviously, she will return to him.

The game is good if you consider it not as a story about relationships, but as a collection of stories about how "an ex-student tries to fuck those girls that he did not dare or did not have time to fuck at school."

The "barrow" was more like serendipity. Ten years later, they meet, and both liked each other in the past, her husband felt guilty about his treatment of the MC, and they have an open marriage. Jessica talks to her husband in a type of code that they developed for the open marriage, she knows she can not just run off with the MC, but the story has just started, let's wait and see where this goes.

believable? I guess, but not really, I have never seen a high school bully grow up to become a better person. Like the old saying goes a leopard doesn't change it's spots, I'm sure there are a few who were able to change for the better but the vast majority of them don't.
