Honestly, this one's not as bad as the previous games.
I've posted a long review, if you feel like reading through it.

The renders and characters do become a lot better later on in my opinion, but I'm not a graphic dude, they just look pretty good, as the animations did, to me

The story however, and the amount of lesbian stuff, and sex scenes in general, is just way too much.

I wouldn't say it's a bad game this time, but it certainly will not appeal to everybody, that is for certain.

Regarding the MC being weak, I usually would agree, but he just dumped his ex after finding her being filmed in an orgy, with her knowledge, so, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt there on being weak, as he's probably... not at the top of his decision making abilities at this time

It sounds like, so far, a case of "rebound gone bad, but sex is so good with that hottie."
The sister as a character is not too bad, but she's the usual virgin dating the wrong guy cliché. While far from being original, she has her charm.
The mentality of the characters, doesn't really fit some adults in my opinion. More like 14/16 years olds, experimenting with stuff and not really understanding the consequences of their actions, not that the characters looks underage at all, but they are certainly not mature by any means.

This is why you shouldn't hire like 30+ people to do the renders. If it was 5-10 people group who were doing the renders for few years, they would be improving a lot. But now when they have mixed amount of experience in there, like people who have done renders since 2017 and then people who have been taught how to do renders with Daz Studio for the very first time in their life like two months ago, they can't improve their quality as that newbie still has to be able to create renders that are consistent with the other renders in the game or else the salary they pay for that person is just money wasted. And sure, with team like that you can create 6 VN's at the same time, but they won't look too good.

This game also has more NTRish content than their new NTR game Limits of Sky has so far, these guys are geniuses.

Not bad so far, girls look good and animations are typical for Inceton games, story for sure needs some work as its fairly average so far and in first five mins i could see where it could be likely going. Some errors in dialogue where names got mixed up as far as i have noticed but that is likely to be fixed in the next update. Overall i think it has potential, will keep an eye out for more
