She's a virgin at the beginning and you can't prostitute at first. In fact I'm a Rank B adventurer now (four combat maps unlocked) and only scenes are rape by monster or two molesters (one in main city, other in the slums).

There is one enemy with combat sex in each map (some have none) but it's just Break clothes -> Grapple -> sex scene, and doesn't have any effect in battle

You need to level up your "intimacy" with each party member to get their skills even if they're not there. Just take them to the dessert shop and buy desserts until it says max, go find a green interaction indicator in the town/slum for the thief, view scene, and rinse and repeat. When you're maxed, you'll get an amulet from them that lets you use their skills

How to unlock Prostitute?

Talk to the NPC with "EVENT" on the slum street, then in front of Lutnak's brothel, and finally go to the tavern in the slum street to unlock.
