Yes. On the bottom-right, there is a button with a gear. That's the game's main menu, where save button and exit button are.

It is reasonably good as a game. But it has guro. I've seen worse.
There are games that are bad as games, and also have guro as the main (or only) form of gameplay.
Whoever is in charge of animation, isn't very good at it, but we're used to poor quality in the world of porn games.

They probably have interpersonal conflicts. Check their status list in case they have reasons to hate each other.

Try talking to them. There should be a "sex" option in the "talk" menu if a sex scene is available. They will refuse unless they like you enough.
Apparently, you can also tell them to follow you, and lead them to bed and to other potentially interesting locations (maybe bathtub?).
it probably error in translate. I notice herb will heal u and food poison I sus is that it kill ur health or maybe they plan to make u vomit? who knows
Herb is supposed to remove food poisoning. But I did not experiment with it myself.

Fill first 3 slots with hens. They will produce eggs, at the rate of about 1 egg per hen per day.
Golden chicken. Try not killing it, because it lays golden eggs.
