Feel like it'd be nice to also have a toggle to disable interacting with dead bodies during combat too, way too often have I tried attacking an enemy only to click on the dead enemy underneath them.

Food box is the automated version. You can also open talk to them and use specific foods you want them to eat. This is mostly useful to increase their morale by giving them food with morale bonuses like carrots.
Another comment said they can eat food on the table, but in my experience, they don't.
Maybe not untapped market but a market that I dont feel like the demand has been fulfilled, for the potential that survival type games have I can only remember a couple that have stayed relevant, The forest, don't starve, minecraft.
For minecraft without mods the survival aspect is pretty meh imo game became too easy.
If you mean what's untapped market its a market that the niches haven't been fully served by current product and service offerings. This game has it all from dark mature topics like mutilation similar to the forest plus the H part. I dont remember a game that is quite similar to this

I am not completely sure on this Ive read some talk about table food being consumed for buffs in raids but I agree, maybe I should delete it if you say it doesn't work and I havent tested it just word of mouth

Palworld is a lot like this. And many other survival games, like Ark Survival Evolved, are kinda similar.
And if you want freedom to be a total bastard, there is Rimworld.

Elf Sex Farm is a lot like this one, but more inspired by Stardew Valley.
Training Space Station, if you like kidnapping random people for fun and profit.
There is Goblin... Brothel. It's not really similar, but all the food is made of people.
Black Market is E-made's previous work. It is graphically similar, but it is a brothel management game. It is banned on this site because of loli and the horrible things you can do to them.
In the end, like Bnodai465 has said, this game is rather unusual among pornographic games. If you can tell us which exact aspects appeal to you, we might be able to give you a less exact match.

Oh you’ve said way more than me, when I think about this game, I forgot about ark because I delete their devs and publisher from my mind, but yhe I was thinking more on total freedom survival game that you can make a base and has a sense of uniqueness plus twisted story so didn’t come to mind. I will check out your other suggestions.
pS: I’m surprised you compared stardew valley to the elf farm, the art style feels inspired by don’t starve
