I found them on raid enemies but you can find some other fruits and vegetable through different biomes

After testing getting fresh body part from enemies it can be added now, probably because I had the part before v0.05 update (was v0.03 when I got the part)

Thanks I didn't know that space does that, but sometimes I'd want to attack a specific enemy first and that's where I'd really run into that issue so does using the space key to attack still let you attack a specific enemy?
Yeah I guess I misread what you a bit, I figured that in context by interact you meant bringing the npc menu up and not the inventory menu like when you interact with corpses.
You also don't need to actually be interacting with them or even be anywhere near them just selecting them from the friends list and then right clicking what you want them to eat is enough(Though their stats won't update in real time and you'll select them from the friends list again to see how much their food and water increased).

i forgot to answer urs, did u mean scrap weapon that looks like a sword and an arm? its for android arm's replacement

For non-H games, I'd add Conan Exiles to the list of games similar to this one.
You can build almost anywhere, characters have both regular health bar and a consciousness health bar and if you KO an NPC instead of killing them you can essentially enslave almost anyone the same like here. Force them into being warriors or post them at workstations or religious altars. You can also chop up dead NPCs for meat and commit cannibalism just like in Mad Island.
As for sexual content the game has full, uncensored nudity and some clothes and dances are pretty lewd at times but you can't have sex with your slaves unless you mod the game.

yes, he can die but will respawn where the flag is with full hunger and hydrated
and no u can't see how many times he died
