Apparently, the developers want the users to explore not just the game world, but also game interface.
Still, console commands aren't really needed, except for /change and /call.

I also noticed that not every girl is created equal. Some produce 20-30 bottles, then they's done. But the one I have in my milker right now? She is producing like 100-200 bottles a day. And she's been in there for weeks. I swear, I'm never taking her out of there! LMAO.

It's a good point. However, I have to admit that while the porn is what drew me in, the overall content quality (amount of story, complexity, etc.) is what keeps me playing again and again. Heck, sometimes I wish the porn wasn't there so I could promote the hell out of this game to everyone I know LOL.
Check if she falls into a zone of responsibility of a villager tasked with caring for animals. I think they should also bring them food.
Also check how area of effect of wells falls into your milk factory.

Both. But the milker has always been in the same spot and I didn't get the same result with other women. This one has bigger boobs though and I'm wondering if that might be a factor as well?

The more times you milk her, the more breast milk you can get at one time and the maximum limit is 10 portions of breast milk at one time.

The reasoning being that animations take long to make but "are quickly consumed" which I kinda get but that's porn games lol. But I guess the dev is just trying to keep everyone around as long as possible.

Check the dev command in the page 1 post, doing /preg while you're clicking on a girl makes her pregnant only, doing /allpreg makes every female npc pregnant (if applicable), and their father are defaulted to you of course
edit: Btw, what's the necrophiliac content in this game, so far haven't encountered it

Male MC can sex female mummies and sadako.
Female MC can be turned into a zombie and sexed in one of her defeat scenes.
Corpse put into a toilet building behaves as if alive (which is probably a bug).
Overall, not much for somebody who loves it, but enough that a tag should be put as a warning.
