How can I scare away the natives from attacking my base?
The game generates scout units of three natives next to your controlled MC's location or your main base's location. If you kill the scouts, the raid doesn't happen and the game generates another scout team later. If you don't, and the scouts despawn naturally, the raid happens. So just install strong fighters around your base to get rid of the scouts.

Does putting up posters with corpse body parts scare them away?
I'll just answer this bit, since the rest was already addressed.

Those body stands are... pretty much useless. I also hoped initially that they would serve as a deterrent, but nope. They're just there for 'decoration'. So if you're into that kind of stuff, knock yourself out. If not, you can just ignore them.

I concur that the scouts are downright annoying specially if you're just trying to build/arrange/organize a base or loot hundreds of raid bodies.
They may not be dangerous themselves but sure are a pest, akin to flies. Why do they insta-snitch on you anyways? Do natives have telepathy? The raid should be cancelled if you or your team kills them IMO.

What annoys me most about the scouts is that they will deforest the area around your base and consume the resources. If it was either one or the other, it would be less frustrating. Especially if you eliminate raids altogether. Then their just pests who show up and break shit.

The trees aren't that big of a deal. They'll respawn. And if they don't, you can plant an acorn to grow a new tree. And we always end up with a lot more acorns than we need :D

Yes, they need beds inside houses, and the house's door needs to be within their territory, and they need to be able to find a bed for themselves at night (which can get stupid if there is more than one house in their territory).
Not sure about werewolf, most animals and monsters don't care about anything.

Animals have the same personality preference system as humans do, you just can't see it. At best, rank 5 observation can show you personality, but that's where it ends.

If your werewolf dislikes the personality of a nearby ally, moral will decrease. Moving your Werewolf elsewhere will help as long as no one around has a personality it dislikes, and it's moral will slowly fill back up. Same applies to other allies.
And if your villagers are complaining about the lack of beds, I found a mix of carrying/putting them back down, repositioning their spot, building more beds, and ensuring their ranges encircles where the beds would be outside of the buildings. Leaf style huts kind of suck, so use either native huts at least, or none at all.

The benefit to this situation is that you should be able to figure out the personality they dislike based on the personality of the offender and keeping it away from any and all allies with that personality. (Including other animals.)

If you went with the "sarcastic" option (I feel you, made the same mistake) you can fix it by editing your savefile. There are 2 ways of doing this. Either in-game with the /qp command or by manual editing.

John mentioned how to use /qp (three messages above mine) but if you prefer the hard way (manual) I posted a guide on how to do it here. Note that for the Shino quest, in Step 5, you would only need to edit one entry, so just look for Sub_Shino and set that to 0.
