Summer and Halloween workbenches have some costumes. Or alternatively at lvl 50+ difficulty some raiders in red armor may spawn, you can just take their clothes.when you make a chain who are able to wear them they keep landing on the ground and are a bitch to pick back up again

if the giant girl the one from chaos area ? then like any other you only need the affection at 50 value and you can choose talk>sex>choose where as for how she stay at base yes you can place her in base just need to set her from move option and chose where she stay and what range she have

btw from Windows 8 and later, you can press Shift+Windows Key+S to select a cropping of the screen and put it directly on the clipboard.
