This is a 0.42 version, did not fix any bugs, go get the 0.43 version.
Does the reduced filesize remove any content from version 0.3? The filesize was basically cut in half

That answers why it was reduced, but not if content has been removed, i read a month ago that pregnancy and other features dont work in 0.41. I think that wasnt true and just trying to confirm if these new versions are playable with all the content.

Yeah, how do you think I got the DLC character stat info? I made them ingame the legit way.

From the used content, there was nothing removed.
At most unused content (if there was any)- and as far as I know, only new content got added with 0.4.2, with bugfixes in 0.4.3.
What might happen, though, is 0.4.3 still being buggy - however as the dev seems quite fast with hotfixes, I'd reckon 0.4.3 is pretty stable by now or get other potential hotfixes soon-ish if not.
As such, just keep a backup of your existing save before moving over, just in case your save does get bricked.
If no issues arise, no problems.

The DLC? You breed a Underground Girl for one set and a Large Female for the other.

1-What exacltly was added for this update ?
2- Do we know what is planned for the next update ?
3-Why do the morale is always low despite having food/water/houde/bed? I am also pretty sure there are no conflict about personnality (I also removed love/sex to avoid conflict)

Possibilities:
- Did you feed them limbs or other cannibal-food?
- Have you forced yourself on them?
- Did you forget love option for certain ones which do actually have a personality conflict with others?
- Did you execute anyone near them? (With the props, not just killing enemies normally)
If none of the above, I have no clue either. I don't even provide them beds, but I do certainly toggle off their love and sex unless specifically planned.
Do note however, that my experience is a couple versions old and I haven't had much time yet to try out the last few versions.
I have a question about pregnancy.
-Can I get pregnant as a woman? If so, anytime and anywhere, or only under certain conditions?
-As a man, can I impregnate any woman, or only under certain conditions?
-Does a pregnant woman also have children who then run around as NPCs, or is that purely cosmetic?

To answer both the top 2 at once, only the Female Native, the DLC female, Underground Girl and Large Female can get pregnant and have kids. Currently the last 2 can only be knocked up by Man.
Yes, if a Native have a successful birth the offspring will be a friendly native.
None of those, I try to give them as much care as I can, I wonder if the game is a bit bugged regarding the morale

Just to ensure, you do mean it DROPS and not just is low overall? If it's just low overall, they probably don't gain any morale or super slowly if they don't really have any "friends" (love), but not certain, just a guess.
