Can't believe we got YonaXMan before Giant pregnancy. I really hope Giant pregnancy will be the next update after this YonaXMan one.

Pretty sure it is coming soon. In the preview system of the game if you press Shift + P there is a unused little giant girl already added to the game. So I imagine they just need to work on the animation and other assets to fully integrate the Giant's pregnancy and offspring.

In this game world, nothing surprises me anymore... xD Although I think most of the things to come will be the most shocking

seeing young Yona and the Giant kid (L*li), or maybe the giant you "save" will be able to give birth to giants (No, seriously. They're in the programming. And I put in the codes to get them. They don't have "lore" yet, but they're already in the game).

I mean, considering everything else in the game so far, a harem ending with the leads all pregnant is pretty mild.
I’m not even talking about an ending, I just mean we don’t get “Sally can get pregnant now in this update” and then we got to wait 2-3 update to get “Shino can now get pregnant” situation.

Considering the amount of content that should have been already in the game, i can't blame that they either forget or are slow since they are just a 2-person team

But they only thing i can argue is that they focus in many things at the same time like "event clothing" that they dont focus in one thing, either like the NPC's, events or even giving the game an ending

However, once again i doubt it they plan it yet since the game is 0.4

I mean, I'm not gonna complain, and since I'm getting it for free here, I really have no right to. At least they're consistently updating the game.

One question: is there a mod that implements better defenses? Like automatic turrets or trap crossbows? I can't build walls fast enough in normal gameplay, and the spikes don't do enough damage to the big enemies.

there are some areas with only 1 entrance, so you can set up your base there and block it with trees, so it is safe. Otherwise you can defend with tamed npcs, like a wolf, or the yeti, or big natives

There are mods with indestructible walls but vanilla already has indestructible objects like stairs and stone benches that you can already use for this purpose.

Like automatic turrets or trap crossbows?
Nope. Unless you count overpowered ranged NPCs used like "turrets". But you can do it in vanilla anyway with Native Women equipped with bows. And Laser Androids (androids built with the Type C head). For AoE you can use Sadako (Elite Underground Woman).

You can build dedicated archer/laser/artillery towers (hint: stick the appropriate ranged NPC in a raised platform with a fence enclosing them, the same fence used to tame animals), but this is done mostly for looks and is more trouble than it's worth.

You should have more than enough time to build walls unless you're trying to build them in the middle of a raid. Which you can also do with the game paused but they won't snap to each other properly. Still useful in a pinch in emergencies though.

If you're talking about the very early game, just spam like around 10 wooden spikes near the starting bonfire and leave an entrance/exit to the south. Heck, you have a lot of time before the first scout party spawns and even if you dilly-dailly around only 3 doods will spawn in. Even if they spot you and they summon a raid you only need to deal with 5~6 guys.

Unless you cheat in hundreds of levels without familiarizing yourself with the basics of the game (raider number scales with combined character levels), but that's on you for, to use the adage, running without learning how to walk first. Restart the game and play without level/XP cheats first.

Anyway, worse come to worse you can also duck into a cave to wait out a raid. You can also build a thatched house (the most basic of houses) and hide in that.

and the spikes don't do enough damage to the big enemies.
Cactus Walls (800 HP, reflects 100% of received damage) can be considered upgrades to the basic Wooden Spikes. They only require cacti to craft and are enough to cause most raids to self-destruct on them unless you are challenging raids with levels boosted to hundreds or above.

is there any mod that links together all the storages/inventories?
So every material gets registered in players crafting menu and the workshops menu?

There is a mod that automatically stacks everything from your inventory into to the right storage stacks.

As for linking things together you just need to make enough storage places that are in close proximity with the crafting tables.
I recommend spider storage early since they don't have collision and has more inventory slots then cloth.
Since the mod stacks everything automatically you can just dump it near the storage without worrying in which storage is which stacks.
