I find the VN (Visual Novel) very good; I haven't had a boring moment. At first, I thought it was just another MC (Main Character) who lets everything slide. Slowly you notice that he is changing, even if it's very, very slowly. I'm excited about the ending, and also about who he will end up with, if it comes to that. Right now, I don't see any of them, but maybe someone unexpected will still show up and turn his head. Regarding Patti, you really wish she would suffer so miserably and then, in the end, call the MC for help, and you have the option to just hang up. But I don't think it will come to that because he is still doing too much to save her. Or even better, when she becomes a whore and he wins a jackpot, and she has to watch him live the life she always wanted.

just played through season 1 which was great that apart from one scene with Serena , which seems to be unavoidable you can play it where he is genuinely committed to finding a faithful relationship, despite it being obvious none of the women are capable of being faithful and will be corrupted, but then I started season 2 and it seems that he suddenly doesn't care about that anymore and is now forced into having sex with Claire, the prostitute is now in an open relationship with him despite that completely contradicting his character under those choices, and now he was forced to have sex with corrupted Mia, despite turning her down for infidelity reasons, which at this point he still believe Mia is faithful to her fiancée, I sort of can understand how the Heidi scene is unavoidable though please tell me that the other options will come later and this is just the path being worked on at the moment and those options will be added later

It's a difficult question. In this game, all female characters can have many different male partners. The same applies to male characters, who can have many female partners. Sometimes they have group sex. So during the gameplay, you may find scenes that you enjoy.
However, the main male character is not a cuckold.

As I tried the search bar but couldn‘t find any information (I probably wasn’t typing the correct words.) Also how bad is NTR in the game? Meaning, are they all sluts,as I see a lot of people saying bad things about the character Anna, just on page 115 she was called ”loose legs Anna.” Thanks in advance.

there is likely zero women who won't sleep with the "enemies" in this game, it should've been obvious, only one who can still be an option for you is Chris's niece if you choose the right option, but you might already class her in that category for sleeping with her boyfriend

ironically I'm looking at it from the opposite angle, in fact I disliked Mia as a possible LI, I loved her as a character. as she was really abusing her friendship with Matt in season 1 and didn't want to pursue her at all, she clearly is very similar to Patti and its fitting they both become close in the new update, it just isn't fitting what Matt did if you made the choices I did in season 1. I feel this should've been the scene where Matt brakes his friendship with her for abusing his trust, not joyfully sleeping with her
