Silliness aside... the art looks pretty good for AI art, at least from the previews...
However, it sounds as if the translation isn't worth it at all.
So I guess I'll add this to the wait list and see if anything changes in the future. Alas.

The game has an option to unlock all scenes, so saves aren't needed
Way better than stock 3DCG assets full of goblinas, or badly drawn 3.5 pics.
In case of mass produced items I don't expect any personal artistic expression from the assembly line worker that glued my phone together. I do expect it from supposed artists, (small) game developers, musicians, authors and the like. Using AI in any capacity in that realm automatically disqualifies you in my opinion.

products don't require art. they require consistency and stability. that's why products looking like the same works. you wanna stare at the same art, then replay the same art or music or whatever again and again.
Define "personal artistic expression" and explain what's lacking in attached pics that makes your dick unhappy. And no, "soul" doesn't count as an answer.
