I used Tornado, Bloodletter and Valkyrie and easily got through it
I didn't say it in my message, but it was impiled "as a caster", as it was the first rule of his challenge
I have been having the exact same issue, except there is no + or change to any of the file names. I have tried redownloading, using different mirrors, and even deleting all unity data, and still cannot find a fix.
Try moving the game folder to dashboard and play from there. If it's still not working you're probably having a different problem than the one I had.
One thing that I do find frustrating... is that, you cant make a save that you can return to. I've lost a few very nice items to MIMI while trying to reroll an ITEM's ability by RIGHT clicking by mistake... OR while making CRYSTALS RIGHT clicking on the WRONG item by mistake.
Um I just start playing but where can I find Orcish Blend? It's for Orc's Prized Liquor quest. I just beat the Orc boss in the cave and I didn't get it from him. I even sleep and went back but he's not there anymore.
The way that your Ability values affect your character are:
STRENGTH: Adds to your Melee Attack, and Maximum Health [Life Points]
VITALITY: Adds to your Melee Defense, and Maximum Health [Life Points]
INTELLIGENCE: Adds to your Magical Attack, and Maximum Magic [Mana Points]
MIND: Adds to your Magical Defense, and Maximum Magic [Mana Points]
And just to make it clear
The higher your STRENGTH - the higher your HEALTH... and the more DAMAGE your MELEE attacks cause
The higher your VITALITY - the higher your HEALTH... and you are more resistant to MELEE DAMAGE
The higher your INTELLIGENCE - the higher your pool of available MAGIC... and your MAGICAL attacks cause more DAMAGE
The higher your MIND - the higher your pool of available MAGIC... and you are more resistant to MAGICAL DAMAGE
The higher your STRENGTH - the higher your HEALTH... and the more DAMAGE your MELEE attacks cause

If I remember correctly it's a rare drop from the yellow bat but I could be wrong.
uhh for some reason whenever I start the game and load up a new game It get stuck on the loading screen.
Oh wow this is a pretty good game so far. Nice surprise. I was worried about the mouse click only movement and such but you get used to it. I am playing a caster though, it's probably better about the mouse move than melee.
My only issues with it so far is a lot of the spells are really poorly balanced. The cost to upgrade and the mana cost increases are not worth the benefit of improving them. That and you can't see what you're going to get with a new level in the skill. I've used about a dozen skill resets just realizing the upgraded skill feels worse than the lower level version and I don't want to waste points on it lol.
Oh, and the frost aura spell that deals damage around you doesn't restore mana/hp on hit or enemy kills. Cool spell but it fucks up all the hp/mp regen I have on my gear and from spells so not worth using.
Does anybody know where the "Slightly Tough Pelt" is from? I have the Really Tough one. If that was really from a boss kill and they let you sell it before the quest was even available...wow.
Edit: Found it finally, it's a super rare drop from the Tomb Spiders in the Mysterious Plains. I had to kill dozens of them. I was about to restart, lol.

The last achievement is for killing the scarecrow outside the inn. It will take around 5 mins using your melee build. You get embryos as the rewards.
