I'm shocked that the version 1.83 has been out for a week or two and I can't find it anywhere.
I think people got tired of supporting the game, as her body kept changing in the CGs (hips, thighs, and ass lost some mass and volume, while breasts got stereotypical anime oversized), and updates got slower with less content.

Yeah, I certainly stopped getting excited for monthly releases when her model started changing in the CGs and it took upwards of 2 months to actually get a new CG animation.

That explains why there is only 2 stages. But it looks like the entire gallery and extras are all in there, so you are probably right.
Dunno if it's possible to extract the game's data file and check if the images are included. OTOH the v2.0 trial version has a smaller file size than v1.81, which could mean that not all game assets are included.
One gripe with this game is how much of a memory hog it is, sucking up every bit of RAM like a sponge.

we don't know for sure if it includes all data. if you look closer you'll notice the sprites for 4 cg are outside of the main data file for optimisation reasons. the reduced size may be due to removal of full frame animations and introduction of transform animations which use a single png file

also, if this is the trial for the finished version, I guess "Fairy Flower" is gonna be a sequel to Fairy Heart then...
