it gets easier if you grind your stats a little, DEX to be more precise, though you can pretty much avoid mobs with SPACE key and then force them to regroup in a corner or something. With high enough stats you don't even need physical attacks.

Same thing. They only do rape. If you've been following its work since the original Fighting Girl Sakura, most of the H scenes are all rape.
