IIRC, some of the requirements, are like low school rep, maybe? some progress on Gym Teacher events, talking to a guy on the way to the roof for an H-Event,

then ultimately going into the boys changing room for the pool to unlock the scene you went
Exact details are hazy but almost certain it’s some combination of those

After that......soooomewhere in school one encounter with the guy has him drag you into the pool's dressing room for sex/gangbang

Been a while since I triggered it but I think that's all that's needed...

Why isn't there any semen on Amane's standing cg even after I use 'used condoms'? Not even the creampie one.
It doesn't even show up in 'status' (if it is supposed to).

I think you mean the other on where she has her red swimsuit on, i wil try it, but i cant find it in the reconline room

Selenoxia is looking pretty damn promising. I think I've hit the 'end' of the test build though; the start of Chapter 2, don't have any active missions after visting every location twice to check, having cleared what seemed to be a miniboss (or was it the actual boss? Because that would be mildly concerning...) in the building after making it to the top of the office building dungeon full of purple plants, and it seems you can't advance to 'Level 2 Lust' yet (I don't see any obvious way to level it up like there was in Celesphonia).

I played longer than I probably should, hunting for anything I missed, because I figured all the empty spots in the gallery were things you could find in the demo - but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Tattoo is gotten by losing to the boss in the bunny club dungeon, or by quite later in thegame using a cursed box (sorry, honestly can't recall how to get/make those now)
By costumes I assume you mean magic outifts?

This one has all you need installed so you just need to extract and play (there might be some errors while playing so I recommend you keep pressing the ok button of the error -->save -->restart the game -->continue playing).

[Recommendation for new players]
If you are feeling lazy to lv up, gather mats and just wanna know the story feel free to use saves from various users who uploaded (I did too before).
To start a new game + you need to go through a door in the Ars Memoria to restart with old stats and everything else(you get to choose which ones to keep).

You can use saves from original ver. but you need to press the red button in your house for the CN mod to work.

As someone who is worried about the modding process for this game, I have to ask: Is this the latest versions of these mods preinstalled? Are there any more recent preinstalled mod links since?
