Does anyone know how to buy the Love Liberty Outfit? It's the only outfit I can't figure out how to get. I'm in the lobby but there's no place I can find to buy the outfit or anything. There's a receptionist but they only let me attend seminars.

Can't quite recall, but I think you get it either automatically after attending multiple seminars (while being successfully hypnotized during them), or after multiple seminars you talk to the receptionist and she gives it to you?
Correction: The receptionist sells them
Probably need to attend multiple seminars and get hypnotized before you get the option though....

DLsite had a big problem with Visa and Mastercard where the credit card companies (likely due to outside pressure, not for fun) removed those cards entirely as payment options from DLsite. The issue was some tags such as loli, schoolgirl and probably some others.
Apparently they've made games with those tags invisible to at least some countries as a way to get the credit cards back.
With Celesphonia in particular, 1 month ago I couldn't see it, now I can see it again, so the specifics aren't very clear.

celesphonia is on steam, and you can get the lewd patch for free from the dev site. i dont see a reason to go to DLsite for this game. zwz

DLSite tries to adhere to EU rules - they first blocked all access, then they filtered out a lot of content to not fully lose all EU customers.
When using the right VPN or proxy, it shouldn't apply those filters.
Tried it with croxyproxy and it works (won't allow direct linking to the DLSite server, but just post the front page DLSite link into their browse bar):

I think I grabbed an old premodded, pretranslated version from somewhere before, but it's about 20 versions behind the current version (in the thirties while the last one being in the 50s). I'm curious about playing the new version.
How many mods are there?
Are they all chinese that you have to download, decensor, fanmod, translate and then play?

There's the main CN mod, current version as of this post is v56.6 , link to the post with that version here
(the actual post says it's 56.4, but links to a correct 56.6 version)
There are two other minor CN modders working on some specific bits (can't recall what they are), and the eventual future integration of all three is what people call the 3-in-1 mod, but that one afaik is still a WIP and isn't released.

any difference between orig and chinese mod? I liked enishia but I'm wondering why this game is so popular (haven't played it yet, gonna do ambrosia first)

Enishia is probably the weakest game out of the three (but still very good and worth playing, yes). Celesphonia is my favorite because there's a ton of content, as well as stuff like clothing damage and battlefuck. Plus the corruption is done well, and the actual RPG gameplay is pretty fun too.
