Yes, according to steam pictures of It which were already Translated when they got posted, the mod Is probably made by someone in the west, not a chinese or japanese mod so. I wouldn't call It new tough.

well, in fact I can prove it, but honestly what would be point, here is a screenshot of the site if that's enough for you (I know for a fact it won't be).
There is CHmod which is the original mod. It also has an English translation.
Then came 3-in-1 mod which was CHmod + new stuff. It is not translated
Then came the new mod that this drama is all about. It is CHmod + some 3-in-1 stuff + new stuff. Also not translated, but it is in better shape than 3-in-1.
Now it seems we have another mod with English from Itch, the HAX mod. Waiting to what it contains but the change log is hilarious.

That Is the new 3in1 mod needing baidu lvl 8, not the VIP mod. Good try failed miserably. The VIP mod was leaked from our discord, by you. You also not showing anything in that picture other then the new 3in1 mod translation request title which has nothing to do with the VIP mod. I'll ignore you undefinitely now. This show public knowledge and given on the date it was ask recently to someone else to translate the work, but even This "proof" not only tell us what other people have written before or what I have written before the mod deleted the comment, was to get access to the 3in1 mod require you to go through the Chinese site in using Baidu account which require phone number,ID, social credit in a literal sense on the platform to get a social level in order to get the file or be able to have potential to access the chinese group as their is level requirement to an extent on who can access this group. This is honestly decent amount of month of work.
What more your proof is regurgitation of information that was well known when I research about the 3in1 mod and again the deleted comment that told us about the 3in1 mod history.
I can even get see public info without an account but in order to get the file, you need an account and alot of the pop up on that social media require phone number and ID.
The 3in1 mod upload isn't really the issue, beside actual gameplay issue that require bug fix which the server had which is now close, we lost a lot of actual easily obtain access to the bugfix and even more future update unless your requested friend does all of those work above for a month or so to get the public release file to constant update it here on the f95zone yourself or your "proof".
What more after playing the VIP mod it is pretty good but too bad it doesn't have the extra promise CG or content that the other mention so I miss out some more fun I could have enjoy. But given how much step one has to take in order to even access this or the 3in1 mod which a different group can give us easily access is now close, I hope you are happy that you get to be the center of attention since you just possibly kill a mod development and actual kill an easy access update to the modfrom that discord group.
Here is me showing public access information. I can see the public info but can't comment or even join the group to access due to the lack of account. I have manage to keep watch of the 3in1 few month back and try to make an account but you get ban for English language to an extent.
Anyone can produce your proof but to actual get the file of the VIP mod is another story since it take alot of possible effort? so your proof is showing use you have the account to access the mod, not an PNG of someone state the requirement when everyone already said the same thing.
I can't find the VIP mod information or screen shot because it is not public information nor its file or even the group. whole thing is a like a ghost which had good access but no longer.

Also atleast the English mod got a release, that was a weird screenshot on steam that no one could find turn out to be work on for some time until it was release on itcho. but man I wonder how that dev would feel if someone leak his entire work before it could be publicly release on itcho even when he said don't do that as he give you the copy for feed back.

For the record if this get delete for off topic again then I guess providing information about the state of the dev who make the mod, step to possible get to the mod,talking about the situation it has cause and correcting other things that is also related to the mod is also off topic so is this I guess when it get delete for that reason. (I hold nothing against f95zone mod but the comment Before the argument comment is purely informative to help people understand the issue as it actual does affect the future of the VIP mod that is in development)

Could someone please tell me if any of these mods add or alter H scenes or wether all of them are purely gameplay related ?

They add new scenes, dungeons, abilities, costumes, bosses, endings etc. And the VIP mod wasn't complete. An entire community waited 2+ years to finally see a new mod from the chinese country with fatigue to actually Access the private group where the author share It with only a few of peoples but mister "i want attentions" has set It to a locked state now and the version shared here Is not complete. The moderators of the discord agreed to let users have fun and share It with some terms to do not leak It because everyone would get hurt if It gets found out by the Dev but mister "i want attentions" comes with the nickname "---DUMB---nightmare", so i can't expect anything less.
If that is talking about that VIP mod then I guess killing it is primary objective as spreading it more would kill the development the mod and public sharing on a big platform it is second thing to do with the given issue of what other people have said how it need to not shared until public release is announce then No thank you at that point.
I would rather wait I don't know how long of year or so until it get a public announcement release.
I don't think people would mind the 3in1 mod but again you are killing a possible future mod development for your own satisfaction for attention or something.

So, why are the authors of this mod so vehemently opposed to sharing it publicly in the first place ?
And why should we be upset exactly, if you say that " the private group where the author share it with only a few people" then it sounds like the author wasn't going to post it here anyway.
Moreover, you keep saying how sharing the file outside of your little elite group is gonna stop or hurt the author from posting updates, but, how exactly ? Why ? Explain to me how more people playing this individual's passion project could possibly hinder it's development.

first, it's still in development.
next, it uses assets from other games, supposedly, though it is temporary.
then, if the original developer finds out about, and it is possible it is an unofficial mod without their consent, this would made things worse

Did the Chinese mod author threaten to ban from anyone who broke the rules from their discussion group? Yes.
Do we need to be in the discussion group to get the latest mod content & bugfixes. Yes.
Is the mod translation community, i.e., the Discord group being discussed, now unable to get the updates? Yes.
Would the modding community translate the mod once complete? Yes.
Would the modding community make the translation available to the F95 community. Yes, I believe so.
Is the translation going to be possible now? No.
Has the mod been updated since the leak? Yes.
Is the F95 community getting the updated mod? No.

Just FYI there has been precedent with other mod authors getting upset over similar situations and simply stopping. This "VIP" or "Yet Another Mod" (whatever you want to call it) is much better and less buggy than the prior 3-in-1 mod. The 3-in-1 mod which had apparently been in development hell for a last year or two.
The modding community finally got something good after a drought and in less than a week access was yanked.

The TLDR was given many Times already. To make It short, the developer Is Chinese. In chinese territory they are behind an ID track full time for which they can even be jailed for sharing porn. Sharing was ok in private because it's still in development to do not draw unnecessary attention before time and since the mod Is relatively new After a long period of update drought even in our discord community, drawing attention to It unproperly can both harm the developer or make the developer cease to update it at all and at that point no One gets anything anymore which Is what a single Genius in search of attention achieved by sharing an uncomplete version being new Just because he wanted attention.
add the possibility that the original author didn't know about this mod and was made without their permission

Although, I'm not sure this mod getting attention on western website ( which I assume F95 is ? ), would really draw their attention.

if someone found out who developed the mod, then reported to CH authorities, on top of letting the original author find out about it, if in case it was made without permission
