Nah, it's *wink wink* on a discord server, don't share it outside *wink wink*. Kinda necessary for the mod author tbh, because China jails you for porn, but it was a fan discord, only a matter of time until it broke containment.
I understand it probably already got written up, but could anyone point to a description of what's in the 3-in-1 mod, or is that also a secret!?

Okay.. just a few questions from someone out of China. If leaking the mod in its unfinished state risks the devs being exposed to the CN authorities like the previous posts have stated, how is it any different when they decide to release it in its completed state?
But if the reason he's mad is because of people will be playing an unfinished and probably buggy version of the leaked mod then that I could sort of understand, if that were the case though then he really should avoid sharing things publicly hoping for a trust based system on the internet..

From what I personaly understood the author shared it on a private, invite based discord where everyone who got in agreed to not leak it.
Also yeah good question, maybe they were hoping the porn witch hunt in China would blow over eventually ?

But yeah sounds like the second scenario would be the reason for this thread shenanigans plus the broken trust, because the first one about CN authorities catching up to them from the leaked unfinished mod doesn't make sense to me as if releasing the completed mod would've made a difference if that were the case. Or I'm just missing something here who knows

I Remember i did gave the answer to THOSE questions in another of my replies(or even more then once), so i really can't be bothered to explain It again. And no, the chinese developer concerns are more then Just valid but as i said, i already explained why so...

Despite the fact that porn is banned in China, Chinese guys share porn of all types by the hundreds of threads daily on multiple forums like hjd2048, SouthPlus, Laowang, Sifangds and a lot more (h-games too). That statement as many others from those guys are nothing but pure butthurt cause I leaked their exclusive toy xD.

beside unfinish it is just sharing to people to get feed back, we have alot of people who make games and mod on this platform which I do believe have at some point ask if people can test their game but don't release it until the dev believe is ready to be release yet. but the person who leak it just ignore that and basically just want to end the dev work with trying to seek attention.
I have played couple of games that was being developed on this platform also asking for feedback with sometime they asking other people who play their game for possible "beta" test their new version is release on this platform.
Their was strawman argument made how well this is a pirate site with no rule against this and no one care, but the problem is basic as more exposure = end Mod development pretty simple, anyone else who enjoy the mod will not see any further update now.
Some people on thread are doing the mental gymnasticis is saying why bother making any porn game or anything when you can risk going to jail, and good thing this was leak since their was going to be no more update. which just prove they can't read or have basic comprehension.
All country has law against porn in general with its creation/depiction and also how the country enforce this law, and it just happen that china is really strict about it, which again with my given example of chinese porn artist being arrested. Some american porn artist also gotten in trouble before with Shadman infamous, and many possible other.
Given how this is a porn game site, I am pretty sure everyone want to play these games and respect the dev for making them to a degree and if possible would like the game to be updated as long as they didn't break the dev rule since they are making the game and people want it to be release. But someone broke that rule that ruins the future update for all of us and someone also agree that leaking this for attention with basically intent to destroy the mod/game rather then see it being finish for public release.
I just want to play more of the mod but knowing update and development will end by One person breaking a basic rule just ruin the fun for everyone.
From deleted comments it seem the mod author from china gave permission to the discord group to share the file among each other in some drip feed method as long as it is exposure to a high degree, like posting it on a public website. you can share it with other people to people but not post it on site just yet. Being share is for feedback purpose aka find bugs or recommendation to what the mod author can add to their game. Leaking the game against the dev rule/before public release is trying to end the game development.
As I stated with how little I can find about the VIP mod author in sense since alot of the references point is deleted, I do believe when it is ready for public release, he would make a account and download cloud that can't be trace back to the creator. This seen to be the case with most Chinese development for mod and games for any public release. any upload to china site for public download is made this way, possible with a VPN account to make it look like foreign upload location ect. out of the box thinking to evade the CCP EYES but might take like alot of more work given their country situation to sometime bypass VPN stuff and go straight for their IP adress. This seems to be china new thing, their is alot of reason for it which will become off topic so just look it up on youtube or something.

But I sure wish all the interesting mods for this game were just as easy to try out (though the "Hax" mod doesn't seem that great to me, it adds a bunch of weird content and the early game doesn't seem to be changed much?)

a bit confused here, is it normal CN version or modded version you're trying to translate? if its the later there's already translated one so you just play normally
for the hax mod, yeah after seeing the changelog most of the new content are only for endgame, when you already get all the other endings
Well, there are 3 Chinese mods. Only the original one, CHMod, has an English translation. This mod is version 56.6 and requires the base game in Chinese. You need to install the Chinese version of the game, install the Chinese mod, and then install the English translation.
The second Chinese mod is 3-in-1. It builds off of CHMod adding more content & mechanics, but it currently in a massive bugfix cycle so you might want to wait. It does not have an English translation (yet), but you can play it in Chinese and use MTool to get an AI translation. Its.... "playable."
The third Chinese mod is the VIP or Yet Another Mod. This is not available to the community in its latest iteration so it cannot be downloaded or translated.

That version of the mod is out of date. Last update to mod & translation was in March 2024.
The Hax mod is someone's meme mod I think and since it contains the base game it'll probably come down soon enough.
It has the restraint mechanics, various non-combat costumes, transforming combat outfits, allows you to equip more gear, more gear/tattoos, some UI improvements, QTE added, enemies are smarter / harder, defeat mechanics can be altered to make it harder to escape (corruption, lust, and domination rise quicker), minor ability to tweak look & feel of Amane, menstrual cycle for pregnancies, new debuffs. Probably a lot more things I forgot about as quite a bit integrates rather seamlessly.
