Did you ever figure out which buildings you had to break? It says downtown but there is no downtown battle on the map.

there is a specific sidequest where the first time the system will say that clollapsing building will cost you money, specifically is an event with multiple hostages and few mobs on the roof building, if you destroy that building one of the hostages will make a claim about repairing fee.
I wanted to show you the exact location of the event however the system it say there ìs some issues uploading the pic, anyway is diagonally of that sorta of eiffel tower (the round skyscraper).

i wanted uncensored too but it looks like its not been done yet, i could edit images but i would have to need some other uncensored art to work with with similar style because i just cant draw myself but can edit, but if you put different looking genitals there you would see the difference right away different colors different art lines different shading and all that

Do you have reached that point? I think is unlocked in the chapter 3? As I was saying is on the map.

If I remember correctly, the building 2 left of your char is the one you were first able to harm people, after this you could harm items/things and after this the first bulldings showed up.
I would grab some abilitys to fast level the enemys and go througth the levels, the buildings you can destroy have hp. Dont forget you can see the levels of the enemys and know when the were to play.

is exactly the bullding on your left, after the cutscene if you destroy the building behind the kidnapped (where the 3 enemies are on top) you will get another cutscene where you need to apologize, the owner of that building will you invite to repay the debt working with him and you will unlock the AV location (i believe is a repeatable event, if not there's something wrong with the translation and you can try to use my old one).
