Hmmm, apparently VNDB doesn't agree with Netori tag either... After reading some of the reviews of the VN, I'm beginning to wonder if the lack of a Netori tag is since none of the "heroines" wear wedding bands. Despite the fact that their married status isn't simply hinted at but blatantly referred to early on since all but one of the women work alongside their soon to be cucked husbands. Oh well, not a big deal, it's just that my semi-autistic brain obsessed over that small "error", but it doesn't take away from the quality of the title.
A lot of sites simply don't have a Netori tag for some reason. Yes, the lumping together doesn't make much sense since you wouldn't call the "bull" in the scenario a cuck. There is definitely a line between the two.
