Sancho has the save fixer in every mod he's done since the very first version of each mod. It was done that way so people could play the update instantly without the mod or if he ever disappeared like now.
Well, my guess because the plot takes place not in Africa or some ghetto?.. US census is like 13%. Less than the latinos. And that's including males.
maybe Is harder to make a hot black girl, i think it take more effort and this mean more work, it shoud be a valid theory why people would skip it
