REALLY starting to hate how the mc is now forcing the girls to do submissive stuff now, even though we aren't on the submissive path. If it fails the check for submissive he makes them do it anyhow to show they love him. This stuff isn't romantic at all, especially making them parade around nude or half nude so other people can see and make comments about them. That isn't a affectionate path.

I feel you there I actually dislike this MC because of how he treats the girls even when not on the sub path for them. But overall I really like the game despite that one thing I really dislike. Yeah honestly the romantic path just more or less feels like less of an asshole MC path than romantic , while sub he is full on asshole mode with how he treats the girls. Both path he is to much of dom for my liking but like I said I like the game enough even tho I really dislike that I have a fun time with it overall so I can overlook that.

I actually wouldn't mind this I was actually a bit sad when I found out Jessica basically got removed from the game. While not my favorite I liked it more than a few characters she was middle of the pack for me and I liked her enough to want to spend time with her

I wouldn't call him an asshole on the romance path, he's maybe a bit dominant, but still affectionate. Even the new Cat scene isn't so bad, she's only topless in front of another woman. Overall, I really like this MC, he's funny as hell.

well I see him as an asshole overall his personality on both paths is kind of why I call him less of an asshole but yeah he isn't an asshole towards the girls on the romance path just his character is to me. But yeah I guess be better to say less dominant.

I'll just step in here and state my opinion. You're right, of course, I, as the writer, writes what I want to.

But that said, I don't and never had, a problem hearing opinions that thinks I do this and that the wrong way. I find it interesting. Which doesn't mean I will do anything with it, but still, it's interesting to read.

That's a good attitude to have. I think I've been on f95 too long. Sometimes opinions start to feel like demands. I've seen too many developers get bullied and discouraged.

Maybe I jumped the gun here, and if so, I apologize to Vortex. I'll step out to end the derail.

Fair enough. I think I've read too many epic multipage battles on here between people like harem purists and NTR lovers. I've gotten oversensitive to people seeming to demand that the content of the games be exactly how they expect/want them to be. My bad.

The release of 0.17.2 is behind us, already disappearing in the distance. Already forgotten.

Now we look ahead to what I've come to call the end of Act 1. I'm going to call MtP complete with that, and move on for now. I might return to an Act 2 in the future, but I make no commitment to it at this point.

It's fair to call this "complete" statement questionable because there's so much more that could still happen after the next update. At least as far as sexual content goes. I won't hold it against anyone who'll say I should just keep going and do more progress with all the girls. Maybe I'll do that some day.

But I need to do something else after the next update, it's as simple as that. More on that future game at some other point (you can find some pictures of potential girls etc on my Discord). I'm still doing an update for MtP though.

I've started working on the script for the final update of Act 1. It will be version 1.0.0, obviously. The outlines for the scripts are drawn up and now I'm working on writing dialogue and such. I have some more to say on the script but I'll answer that in a question below:

Well. Well...

I'm thinking I won't go out with a huge bang and a gigantic update. It will be an update focused on three girls: Beth, Chris, and Miko. There will be a bit of story and a bit of sexual content and then an ending I've had in mind since I begun on MtP that no one but me will find amusing or interesting. I'm still doing it.

I'm of two minds: Either do a "summary" of things I never did with the various girls, ideas and scenes. But that is stuff I might want to do if I ever do an Act 2, so such a thing might be stupid? I'm still thinking on it.
