Playing with the ahem patch. When I reach this point:
and choose "yes", I get:
No crash, and the dialog shows. It's just missing these 3 images, then back to normal.
"No" seems to work as it should, so all good there. I did try putting in the patch in the OP just in case, even though it was not meant for the ahem patch, but no change.
