IIRC that only counts for military personnel, it is a very specific and highly enforced part of the UCMJ designed to prevent members of the armed forces from pulling an OJ on their SO and the person they cheated on them with and possibly that persons family as well. There were a couple of cases brought up during MEPS specifically to illistrate the reason that law exists for military personnel, and FYI if that does happen the military member is held at no fault. Cruel but true.
