That's what i did for my second run, and it was much better! The fact that you can save the princess when you tried to fake sold her to the prince of the empire, was pretty cool. (yeah it was scripted but when i did it but i was having the impression that she was going to be raped by the prince )
Anyways concerning dungeon and bride, the dev say he will rewrite the story to let the forced NTR avoidable concerning the two girls (so i suppose other girl are fine, like with leane 1 ). I'm glad it's that way but more than avoidable NTR i want to be able to at least, save the girl near the end. I don't mind too much a bit of NTR if the girl is redeemable, if she genuinely want to get back with theo and not choose him by default because it's the only available choice.
So yeah, this game is for me i think, especially if you can choose another girl like leane 1 (waiting for the patch who will allow to avoid NTR is also an interesting option, even if it's not for tomorrow )

To be fair, I'd be shocked with the forced Act 1 NTR backlash too. It was a bait and switch and people were mad about a love interest that was destined for the streets. Now, for certain situations like with Dwarf wife route? That's some bullshit. You can't advertise pure love and then be like "oh btw your wife has to have a train run on her before she can marry you."
I would like to share an alternative assessment:
- Sonya is a solid 5* as she learns Death on top of what regular monk does, making her a hybrid assassin-monk. To effectively use monk, you need to keep her weight at or below 5, and with no weapons equipped. End game martial art attacks are doing over 1K per hit x2, and around ~1500 per hit with medal of the strong.
- Marianne - we do need a lord for a particular fight (to prevent your party being turned to ash), so you want to have a lord that level with you. She is a lord with the bonus counter skill. You should not need to guard your party normally, so she should be doing attacks with an elemental or stun weapon 99% of the time... that counter is the same as having extra attack and especially useful against horde and duels.
- Sharon, or rather the Valkyrie class is under powered. You summed up her usefulness for the quests and bringing red undies. Her bane lies in the weakness of Valkyrie only targeting one target at at a time, damage is low compared to Monk and Assassin. Holy magic is already widely available to other classes and this class brings no other utility to the table.
- Sapphire City roster - strip them for gear, as you can create better chars
- Comet - either use her for the summon trophy, or just make a hunter (hunter has better weapons, range attack cannot be countered (e.g. Wildbull leader), which makes hunter better than summoner imo)
As for caster classes:
- Ideally you want 2 casters with all 9s for Holy Magic, Spirit Magic and Alchemy in the back row.
- Summon magic is omitted because you cannot have summon and Mercenary at the same time. It is far more convenient to have the mercenary around as an extra body pillow.
- MP does not grow unless you are in a class that can use the corresponding spells. Specifically if you want 9 MP for all level, create the basic mage/monk/alchemist to max all levels to 9 then change class and repeat. Because these 3 basic classes have a singular focus and grows MP faster compared to hybrid classes like Bishop, druid and sorcerer.
- Note that you lose your basic skills and raw stats when you change class at the guild, which you will need to do so if you want Max MP for the 3 spell classes.
- Based on the above, that actually makes Comet pretty bad because she is half assed at all the other 3 magic.
- As for Muse, while starting as bishop is good when you get her, it takes a while to get both holy and spirit magic to all 9s. The problem is she starts with Holy alignment and it's a pain to lower it... which you would need to if you want to pick up alchemy for Star Burst. You have to change to an intermediate class to equip the desired alignment change item... and then pump her with the appropriate stat potions before you change her to either Sorcerer or Alchemist.
- It is much easier to start with a Good Alignment alchemist, and then change to Bishop (use Pray and then let live to change to Holy Alignment only impact that one char and not your whole party).
Party Consideration:
- Party Composition ultimately dictates who/what you want
- Unless you are using the 8 people party mod, you really need to plan your classes
- I would recommend Assassin, Monk (Sonya) and Lord (Marianne) for frontline, and Alchemist (repair) + caster of choice for backline + Hunter (discovery skill + summon trophy). If MC is Assassin, can job change Max to Hunter.
- Alchemist allows for item appraisal and field repair - which solve for damaged equipment taking up precious inventory space during your exploration. While they have shitty weapon choices, they can fight with staff (use the staff as an item in battle to cast magic attack that cost no MP) , and you can repair them on the spot should they break. Grab that star rod and start casting Star Burst long before you can learn the actual spell.
- Magic sand is sold at item shop for 400g. Mithril sand for intermediate item repair is sold at Seagull Village's magic shop for 2400g. This is going to save you a fortune on repair fee early on.
- The other caster's final class can be Bishop (for access to white gloves and slippers for the fashion conscious), or bard if you want to play with instruments.
- Your end game alchemist can evolve from Mage > Monk > Alchemist
- Your other caster can start with Alchemist then either go Alchemist > Bishop or Alchemist > Cleric > Bard (or Sorcerer... which brings no new utility to your party)
- Lastly, you want the girls to be of different races to maximize the H scene potential
Fashion consideration:
- There are a number of sexy outfit that are class specific... so they may pose additional challenges for your party planning
- For example, only female Assassin can wear the assassin suit
- Need a fighter type, such as Lord, to cover the Bikini Armor option
- Bard/Hunter can wear the Amazon gear (in addition to warrior type)
- There is also witches' clothing, leotards, body suits, etc.

I think 'make a game you'd want to play' is pretty common game making advice. The problem some creators run into is not realizing the distance between their personal tastes and the average taste of someone consuming their work. The true test is how they react to that distance - do they appreciate their audience showing up for them and provide updates tailoring to that taste? Or do they double down, you think you do but you don't, etc.

We'd like to add inn events to free mode as well
. While these will essentially be reused from story mode, the story would be unnatural if left as is, so we'll add some additional content and revisions.
Linus and Blue will also be available as optional companions, allowing players to bring more guests with them.
■Additional H-Scenes
We plan to add additional CG and H-Scenes in the future.
While there are already quite a few CGs, the sheer number of events and length of the game mean some players may feel unsatisfied.
As you'll probably have noticed, some CGs are missing in places where they should be. There are no CGs in the
H-Scenes with Maria, Sandra, and Milady, or in the rape scenes in the Gnome Village and the Swamp of the Dead. There was also originally planned to be a rape scene in the hot spring.
There were originally three types of monster rape for each race, but we reduced it to two due to the workload.
All of these have already been recorded, and we hope to implement them as soon as possible.
If you want to see these events, we recommend saving your save data immediately before they occur.
■About Forced NTR:
Forced NTR was something I was particularly particular about, and since Liesel and the dwarf are the only two characters who absolutely cannot be avoided, I decided to include it. To be honest, it caused more backlash than I expected. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We
hope to resolve this in a future update. We plan
to make the dwarf's forced NTR avoidable in an upcoming update.

- I took Sonya's death ability into consideration. If it procced more often then yes, she'd be an easy 5*, but Death is not as common as you'd want it, but Death on Counter is still hilarious when it works.
-While this is true for Lord and Marianne is a convenient one, you can make one yourself easily enough, and she doesn't bring anything unique to the table besides counter stance, which is an activatable stance, not the passive skill that would have actually made her an easy 4-5 star rating. Theo is ultimately the best Lord in the game when made from level 1 because he'll have everything he needs out of the box.
-I disagree on Valkyries, especially for Sharon's case because of stun. With it she can poke and stun from back line or dual wield on front line and stun as effectively as a monk, even if it's less damage; as a warrior class she can use the weapons that assassin can't and potentially do more non-sneak attack damage as a result.
- I went over the pros and cons on Sapphire City well enough, thanks.
-Comet: For the most part you're right, but she also has line attack, Hide + Sneak Attack, and a ton of casting power for where she's at in the game. Her kit is useful for what she's supposed to do and isn't easily replicated.
-Death proc rate is based on luck, Sonya starts with a meager 9 luck, which does not help with her proc.
-Monk also have stun, and can stun each target she hits based on proc
-But as you max out assassin and monk's AGI, they can 1-hit kill things with their fist and does far more damage than with weapon. By mid-game, their damage can already 1-hit things without death proc
-Bare fist also count as duel wield, so they attack twice per round, plus additional attack from counter. Meanwhile Sharon can only hit 1 target per turn, and regular Valkyrie cannot even stun...
-Summoner's line attack is a joke

Are you unable to use magic during preemptive attacks? after the preemptive attack goes off, you can use magic normally but for the first turn you can't?
Has anyone suddenly gotten their MP capped to 6 instead of 9? e.g. Theo here should have 9 mp in all Holy tiers because he was a lord and I made sure his holy mp was 9 in all tiers, but after I changed him to spellblade, it got capped to 6 instead?

Yes, you cannot use skill during sneak attack.
I cannot change to spell blade because of my alignment... so I changed to warrior, but I kept my MP:
Yeah, sometimes the MP stays at 9, but sometimes it gets capped to 6 instead. I don't know why
