I don't see Hobbs anywhere, and Monique just keeps asking if I'm giving up. If youre Stuck here just Simply Scan her with the Monocle, it gives her 1+ Love what you need to Trigger the next Step.
Step 1: Scan her
Step 2: Click on Lamp
Step 3: Go Out
Step 4: Go In
