Did I softlock myself? Don't have enough coins/tokens to buy some sorta item from the shop to do something to a tree because I bought something else?
This is the common experience for this game, softlocks, bugs, mostly content where you just get flashed.

I don't know where you are in the story progress, but you have lot of hidden coin in like telephone booth or if you had the fishing rod : in every pool with an infinite among of coin
Crash after I tried to use the screwdriver in the boys toilet.

Claire's last 2 scenes didn't unlock for me, after the box guy said he freed her, it goes straight to her being normal in the cold storage. The art and setting are amazing, but the constant issues just make it so annoying to play this.

Can't continue the Get Amy's Fur quest for the doc, how do i get her to move to the lingerie store? MC implies the girls are still stuck, despite saving them ages ago from the freezer
Somehow bugged it out, dressing room and photo booth acted like i hadn't saved the girls yet, did a speed run through a fresh save and it worked out
Alright, I'm lost. Stuck in the park. Can't finish the maze because of wolves. Only task is the one where the kid gives me the orb to give to the goth, but she just keeps telling me to 'wait for her boss'. The task helper tells me to complete 'sheeps clothing' task, but I don't have it and have no idea where to start it. The zombie quest is also stalled, the box hobo unlocked her ability to talk but I can't get beyond that. I've already started a new game, I know how easy this game can bug out, but that didn't fix anything. Anyone got any tips for me, before I start a whole new save from Day 1 this time?

That was exactly it, thank you! Those bushes blended in with the slide when using the highlight mode so there's no way I would have found that on my own.

then the game crashed cause i clicked abort (thinking its like ignore).

The error occurs every time for me, the only option is abort the whole game.
the line is 'i can hear some voices' after clicking the box in the cubicle
