Just got this one. It's the shopkeeper's bra and you get the achievement by talking to her when it's in your inventory, but i'm not exactly sure how i got it. I just did a bunch of tests and it showed up win or lose.
I'm pretty sure it is meant to be gotten from the Gacha. She mentions that it got lost in the collection, iirc. Still don't know for 100% certain, given that using get all items code seemed to cause issues.
More like this gameplay-wise? There are a few other untranslated titles from this creator that use the same scheme. Otherwise I don't know of any other auto-battlers like this.
More like this from a fetish standpoint? Yeah, there are quite a few big-tit focused games, but generally not paizuri/titfuck focused only. Obviously, the other games the creator has made are like this.
Creator posted a new update on their roguelite game, showed off most of the cast.

Since they aren't in English, you'll want to check if a request hasn't already been made here since we don't have an English (or other language) translation.
Notably, VS Breast Demon Enano has a request here, but Defeated RPG Ejaculating or whatever the title is (RJ382948) has not. If you just want the JP files and decide to hunt them down yourself, I recommend the searching for RJ01006970 or RJ382948.

If you google search the japanese title of the game "爆乳きりたんに敗北射精するRPG" (Roughly translates to "RPG where you ejaculate upon defeat by busty Kiritan") you can find sites sharing download links. I have a copy myself but downloaded it a long time ago and forgot where I found it.

I heard this is an updated version? Can you zip the game before uploading.. I cannot download it like it is.
(Now you basically have to download every single file seperatly and if one fails welp thats it. Also it takes ages...) Please update the link with a zipped version
