If you cheat and instantly raise all your stats.. then manually decrease the stat by one and raise it again. e.g decrease to 29 and raise it to 30, then visit the lingerie store.

I'm having similar issues... I've done all events in the 4 achievements, but I'm still missing selfies 1, 3 and 6 :/
