I do get the chore for cleaning the kitchen floor and I give the chore to her at 10:00 a.m. at breakfast. then i go to the kitchen at 12:00 to check whether she's doing the chore or not. I see her scrubbing the floor and I talk to her and then No photo click sound occurs. The game just gives me 2 options : Take her to your room or let it slip.

Have you unlocked the casino on the map? You need to take the train as travel to places and through the magic of RNG, you will eventually find a flyer for the casino and it will unlock.

wake up service- you need about 12 more stars- you don't get second image until after you date her
Doctor- again, you are 10 or so stars short - you need to write the 3rd email to her
for now. forget about those, and give her massage at 2100...
(the confusion about when you earn the achievements is because the walk through you are using was probably written for an earlier version, then adjusted when more content was added. And now the achievement is harder to earn)
